Josh is my fancy leader of Zion, the mormon ministry. He's from Hawaii and unbeknownst to him, it was his awesome hair that actually inspired me to join the group (on top of wanting to learn about mormonism) and he is the reason I still go. He's really cool, and after you get to know him a bit, you realize how crazy he actually is. (In a good way)
